First time selling with us? Learn how to get your items ready to drop off. Please note, we are currently accepting Summer items.
Ensure your pieces are freshly washed and ready for a new home.
Pieces are more likely to be selected (and sell!) if they’re clean and in good condition. Remember to check the pockets and inside of bags.
Please do not consign items being sold elsewhere.
To sell with us you will need
• A valid photo ID
• An email address
• To be 16+ years of age
Make sure you allow enough time for your visit, we recommend at around 15 minutes for your first visit.

Our Retail Team is happy to answer any questions you have and a copy is available to view in-store.
Bring your pieces into any of our stores. You can visit us any day of the week during opening hours. If it's your first time selling the team will go over the terms and conditions and process with you. You'll be asked to fill in a stock arrival form and choose whether you're wanting to collect any items we don't accept for resale, or whether you're happy for them to be passed on.
We recommend new consignors select 'Yes' to collect their items so you can get a better idea of what we will and won't take.

• 3 weeks at full price.
• When entering their 4th week in stock the unsold items will be reduced by 50%.
You'll receive 45% of the selling price (ex GST) once sold.
You can collect the owing funds any time within 2 years of the date of sale, either in store (through cash or refund card) or directly to your bank account via your user portal.
Don't forget to have a browse online or when you visit. You can use your credit to make a purchase!

Ensure your profile and identification details are up to date and correct. If you haven’t got an account yet, you can create an account here!
Get your clothing ready into contained bags - we have no minimum or maximum clothing requirements, just ensure that they are securely fastened.
Read through our terms and conditions. Feel free in get in touch if you have any questions.
Print off a stock arrival form for each bag and fill in the required information. If you do not have a printer, please write down the relevant information and attach it to your bags.
Choose whether you’d like to collect your returns (unaccepted items) or not. We generally suggest all new sign ups collect their returns, so you can get a better idea of what we are looking for!
Drop at any of our locations, 161 Ponsonby Road, 41 High Street or 78 Ponsonby Road. Done!

Owing funds from sales.
When product is active at full price.
When product is active at half price.
When your product has sold (yay!)
When a product has been collected.
Once the product has reached its expiration date it becomes Expired.
Once the product is expired, and has been removed from the shopfloor by the team it becomes Relinquished.
