Refund policy

Due to the nature of consignment, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an item has been purchased. All items sold by Tatty's are second-hand and are sold in “as is” condition and priced accordingly. All buyers must satisfy themselves prior to purchasing that the item they are buying is fit for purpose and meets their needs. Discounts for damage or wear and tear will not be given. 

Under no circumstances will we give a warranty or undertaking as to the authenticity of an item and again customers must satisfy themselves prior to purchasing that the item they are buying is fit for purpose and meets their needs.
